Käsespätzle - Cheese Spätzle: the best side dish ever

Being in self-isolation for more than a month (oh gosh!) may surely be frustrating, but on the other hand, it’s a great opportunity to try out those recipes you didn’t have time to cook before. If you've already run out of ideas, here is a great and easy dish to treat yourself, your family, or to share with your friends at a virtual German party!

This delicious recipe on quick-german-recipes.com. This German version of Mac & Cheese is one of my favorite dishes. You can use store bought spätzle or go the extra mile and make your own (not too hard to make and are truly extra delicious! I highly recommend it if you have the time). Click here for a Quick German Recipe for homemade Spätzle.
