
Käsespätzle - Cheese Spätzle: the best side dish ever
Oma's Cheese Spätzle

- 3 - 4 cups cooked Spätzle (12 oz. dry Spätzle)
- 2 - 3 cups shredded Emmentaler cheese
- 2 Tbsp butter (or olive oil)
- 2 small onions (sliced)
- salt and pepper
So there you have it. A delicious and easy German meal or side dish to make for dinner tonight! I mean just reading the recipe has my mouth watering. (How do you say YUMO auf Deutsch!?)
