That's why we are proud to offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases, and if for any reason you're not completely happy with your order, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges. Whether it's a sizing issue or a change of heart, we believe in making the shopping experience as convenient as possible for you.

We genuinely care about ensuring your satisfaction and want to make sure that you feel confident and comfortable throughout the entire process. Your happiness and finding the perfect Oktoberfest outfit are our top priorities, and we are committed to going the extra mile to make it happen.
Our policy is simple: if you are not 100% satisfied with your Rare Dirndl product, Dirndl dress, blouse, apron, accessory... or the entire Oktoberfest outfit, you may return it within 10 days of the ship date for a full refund or within 30 days for store credit.
We want you to be happy and excited about your upcoming Oktoberfest celebrations. So we are also happy to exchange any items we can, however since we only produce limited quantities of our designs, we may not have a perfect exchange.

We just launched a new Alterations Reimbursement Program! If your dirndl does not fit how you’d like and you have it tailored locally within 30 days of receiving your dirndl, we will reimburse up to $40 USD for the alterations.

However, it's important to note that due to the personalized nature of custom dirndls, they are not returnable.

If a custom dirndl dress is not made to the given measurements, any alterations will be made free of charge.
In the case of incorrect measurements given, the customer is responsible for all further alteration costs.
