We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

We use Klaviyo, a third-party email marketing platform, to store and process your email address, phone number, and name in order to send you email and text notifications, including abandoned checkout reminders, marketing offers, transactional messages, and requests for reviews.

The Site uses cookies to keep track of items you place in your shopping cart, including when you abandon your cart. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via email or SMS.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

 

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

SOCIAL MEDIA ADVERTISING AND MARKETING PROGRAM

TikTok and Meta Pixel Advertising: We use the TikTok and Meta Pixel, tools provided by TikTok and Meta, to collect information about how you interact with our website. This helps us measure the effectiveness of our advertising, optimize our marketing campaigns, and deliver relevant ads on TikTok and Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

Information Collected: When you visit our website, these Pixels may collect:

We use Postscript, a third-party SMS marketing provider, to manage our messaging program. This provider processes personal information on our behalf to deliver SMS communications and analyze engagement.

The Site uses cookies to track items you place in your shopping cart, including when you abandon your cart. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder SMS messages.

We respect your privacy. We will only use information you provide through the Program to transmit your mobile messages and respond to you if necessary. This may include sharing information with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in delivering mobile messages.

 

We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, lease, or otherwise transfer for profit any phone numbers or customer information collected through the Program to any third party. When you provide information in connection with the Program, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree not to use a false or misleading name or a name that you are not authorized to use. If we believe that any information provided is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, or that you have opted into the Program for purposes other than its intended use, we may refuse access to the Program and pursue appropriate legal remedies.
