Our Top 5 German Restaurants near Madison, Wisconsin

With 29% of Madison, Wisconsin being of German descent, it's no surprise that there are great restaurants in and around the city! Although I have not personally eaten at these places (wish I could have though) my team and I have done the research and come out up with a top 5 for you. Enjoy!

Wisconsin Brewing Tap Haus -They have a fantastic "best of Wisconsin" platter. Veggie grill sandwich and some fries add to their unique menu and they also offer a variety of great German beers.

Usinger's Wurst German Bar - While this bar and restaurant is located in the Dane County Regional Airport across from gate 5, this place has great German sandwiches. Usinger's is a Milwaukee family business devoted to the craft of sausage making. So if you're flying out of Madison, be sure to stop by.
